My heals were so bad-holes would develop in the bed sheets. My heals rubbed holes in the sheets while I slept!! I won't discuss all the pairs of socks which also were destroyed. My heals and the soles of my feet are soft. I tried other products - nothing else worked! You would never know I had the problem for 20 years! Moisturizing Foot Soak is used every morning. It is the BEST lip balm I have EVER used! I visited Vancouver about 15 years ago and came across your Night Time Repair Cream. I used it after shaving (I am a male) and just loved it. It may sound like a minor request, but I need to know about your Lip Balm. I received a sample via Air Canada in December last year with a biz class kit and found it to be the best I've ever used. I subsequently ordered more (with other goodies) earlier this year and the formula was different. When my wife and I were in Vancouver this Autumn we stopped in your downtown store and asked about it. The friendly staff did mention that the formula had changed but it was to be redone again in November to include coconut, the missing ingredient. Has this happened yet, if not will it happen soon?

Whilst staying in the Terminal City Club Tower Hotel some 18 months ago, I was treated to some of your wonderful products. I just picked up your product by chance on a flight in Air Canada. I am 50 years old and have never really bothered with skin care. Well, I was in London and it was cold and miserable and my husband said my skin looked like a lizard which I never noticed because I never look at myself with my glasses. It was bad, so I remembered the light green pouch I picked up in the plane, and applied the lotion, it was good and I went to Sears on my return and got myself 2 bottles of rehydrating Face Lotion and 1 bottle of Nourishing Face Cream. I am loving it. I will pass one of the bottles to a friend of mine in Singapore, her family of 4 all has eczema, I hope it helps them.

I was brave today and brought the product to a spa and even through they don't normally use "another line" besides the one they have at their salon, I told my esthetician to open the jar and 'smell'. My fiancé was recently on an Air Canada flight and was provided with an "Executive First" small travel package of some of your products (rehydrating lotion, temple balm, facial spritz, lip balm, socks, eye mask, ear plugs, etc.) and he loved it! I used your products at a resort I stayed in and think you have such as incredible product that it should be available to the public in specialty stores or your own retail store. My skin hasn't felt so healthy and smooth, my hair so soft.

I am hoping you can help me. Last weekend, I stayed at the Drake Hotel in Toronto and they have your products in the rooms. I am madly, deeply, thoroughly in love with the "Rehydrating Lotion". I had the opportunity to enjoy your Hotel Amenities package in a Hotel in Victoria 2 years ago. The shower products and lotions were the most enjoyable personal products I have ever tried. I would like to be able to purchase bottles of this product for at home. I did check your product listing and was wondering if the products that say Green Tea are the same as the Hotel products? Also the packaging on these products are different than the Hotel ones and so I hesitate to purchase. I was fortunate to experience your products on a flight to Italy late October. I absolutely adore the Orange and Green Tea Facial Spritz. In reviewing your website I noticed that you also have the Body Mist, however, also in a small quantity package. The small quantity items are ideal for on the go people like myself to toss into purses etc. However at home, the larger products are handier.

Will you be expanding your Orange and Green Tea product line and will other products be available in small quantity on their own to put together one's own selection of favorite Deserving Thyme products?

I just had to let you know how happy I am using your Aromatherapy Hand & Body Care Lotion. I have had a terrible case of eczema on one of my fingers for almost two years now and have used all kinds of prescription ointments and creams but without any results. Most hand lotions imitate it (the perfumes) or temporarily help for a couple of hours. Well, I found a bottle of your Hand & Body Care Lotion in the office (it was a sample that was given to out Hotel) and have been using it for about two weeks now and it is actually clearing up my eczema!! I am completely surprised because with the winter season it is usually overly dry and quite painful but instead it looks the best it has in months. On the label it says "How Heroic" and I couldn't agree more!

I just have to say Wow! I have been using your products and I am so impressed with the quality, performance and value. The face cream smells beautiful, I look forward to applying it everyday. It is gentle but does an excellent job of exfoliating and moisturizing. I have already noticed my blemishes disappearing and quite a few people have asked me if I am doing anything different! I am also enjoying the room spray and peppermint foot cream. I have used so many other brands in the past, some that have been expensive and none of these other products have delivered like Deserving Thyme.
