DESERVING THYME PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Deserving Thyme strives to exceed your product expectations and to provide service excellence. However, if you are dissatisfied with any product, our products are unconditionally guaranteed at the time of initial use.

As well, any product can be returned for up to 30 days from date of purchase for any reason.

Once received, a customer service representative will contact you with further instructions.

The customer is responsible for shipping the returning item(s) back to Deserving Thyme. Please ship goods via the postal service as registered mail ensuring that goods can be tracked (if necessary). Once the goods are received, Deserving Thyme will promptly issue a credit for the returned goods.

Deserving Thyme will issue a full refund to the credit card (used in the purchase) upon receipt of the goods (unless otherwise specified).

Deserving Thyme does not offer product exchanges for returned products.

PLEASE NOTE:
Although Deserving Thyme provides estimated shipment lead-times, these lead-times are based upon our freight carrier's estimates. Deserving Thyme is not responsible for shipments received late due to our freight carrier's service level.
